Offered this to James since he was looking for a trailer but he passed. If anyone is interested let me know.

2015 5 x 10 trailer with plywood lined interior and drop down rear ramp. Does not have a side door. The tie downs I purchased from Northern Tool will go along with it. Enough for two rows on the floor and one row on each side.

$1750 firm. Includes the tie downs purchased from Northern Tool, enough for two strips along the floor and one strip on each wall. Never got around to installing them.

This is Maple, my shelter dog, part golden retriever and part german shepherd, she has been with me every day for the 6 years I have had her. Every day I went to work she was with me, she rode on errands and most everywhere I went, kind of like Brodi, only she just curled up in the front seat and went to sleep and didn't look out the window. No, she isn't for sale but she is the reason for this entry. (No, this isn't an April Fools joke.)

I found out today she has hip dysplasia and it is bad enough the only real cure will be a hip replacement. Fortunately the only place in NC that does canine hip replacements, NCSU veterinary, is the top rated in the country. Along with the dysplasia, her femurs are slightly bowed outward, yes she is bow legged on the x-rays, and the bow has caused her right patella to move out of its groove and require a fix along with her hip. The long and short is the surgery will be in the $6k to $7k range and I simply don't have that laying around. My wife will be no help so it is all on me. So, I can't put her down and I am quite willing to make a sacrifice for her so I have some parts I would like to sell. I will just have to put off the work I was wanting to do this year and hope things look better next year.

First: New and unused H55 5 speed transmission with a split case TC.

Second: I have a power steering conversion from IPOR which is complete along with an Ididit tilt steering column, Grant steering wheel and adaptor. I believe everything that is needed to convert a 40 to a 60 power steering setup is in the box.

If anyone has any interest please call me at 336 eight zero three 0434 and I will be happy to discuss this with you.

David, Ramon might have some useful info from his research a couple years ago that might help you out.

Yep, we need to chat. We had FHO (Femeral Head Osteotomy) surgery on one side on Splash, our then 10 year old lab. She was about as bad as it gets for dysplasia, despite both her "parents" being OFA certified - Sire Excellent and Dam Good. This surgery is much cheaper than full hip replacement and might be an option for you to consider, given your statement. We only did it on one side. Three years later, she really favors the non-surgery side, and I'm sad to say it won't be much longer that she'll be able to get up and down and use the bathroom. She really went downhill over the past 4-6 months.

Full hip replacement is certainly the best option, but FHO might get your pup several more years without any pain. Basically, they cut the head off the femur and cartilage and scar tissue forms a "false joint". You would like need to space out the surgery 6 months if you did both sides. But, the recovery isn't nearly as bad as you might think. Definitely something to talk to your vet about. I think it was $1,800 for the one hip and that is everything from the consult right down to pain meds. It was performed in Cary at Veterinary Surgical Referral Practice. Our in-laws had an ACL surgery on a toy poodle and back surgery on their Boykin done there. Top notch!

I've actually got these saved in my wish list. I guess I'll order them today and report back.

The description/questions list it as including two different base caps with different threads. I'll let you know in 2 days.
I tried this yesterday. It comes with a Yellow and a Black collar that both seem to be the same thread. It works leak-free on the three Blitz cans I tried - approx 2002 vented 1g and two newer non-venteds (2.5g and 5g). Both collars fit all cans but wanted to almost keep spinning on the newer 5g one. It looks like the threads themselves aren't as large on the 5g can (could be my vision). The rubber seal on the nozzle has a slot in the perimeter that the nozzle fits into. It won't seal if this isn't done properly.

There is a screen filter on the nozzle.

The nozzle endcap threads on with 4 or 5 turns. Seems pretty secure. I didn't install the vent that came with the package yet.

Crap...just realized I didn't actually try to pour any gas through it! I didn't have anything that needed to be topped off. That should change on Sunday.
