Ok next question..
Since there is no LC300 speculation thread anymore (it got turned into the 2016 refresh thread) I figured I'd drop this here... Now that we know what Transmission will go in the LC300 (the same 8 speed that's in the 2016), what engine do you speculate will be mated to it?

Here's my best guess... It will be some variant of the V8 (maybe Toyota will call it the 4UR-FKS), UR powerplant which will produce the same, if not slightly more torque and power, with fewer emissions. It will do this by utilizing 16 injectors (featuring DI and PI) and also D-4S technology (similiar to the 2016 Tacoma 2GR-FKS derivative of the 2GR-FSE).

Spacers from Beno.

You also may want to consider 80 series trim packers. I know the Ironmans will not fit, but the OME packers may still work. Not sure. Def get the spacers though.

Before you install those Iron Man shocks and springs can you please measure the diameter of the front shock body and the diameter of the of the opening of the shock. I'm curious if these spring will fit over the Koni 90 Raids.

So its not plug and play? The ironman trim packers don't fit? So even with the ironman lift you still need beno's spacers? Is the OME lift plug and play?

Ironman Trim Packer will not fit outside of the OE bump stops, its a relatively small 15mm packer. Mostly needed if you cant get the lean out of the drivers side due to the weight of the fuel/tank and driver. You may not need it at all.

The OME is plug and play 100% except for mounting the coils to the struts of course, same with the Ironman. Id go with the Ironman unless you are planning on adding a lot of weight.

@MEMCruiser , yes, even with the lift, get the spacers from Beno too. Trust me; you will be happy you did; it helps fix the rake that the 2008-2011s have.

Is adding the spacers what drives you to mess with KDSS or is that a function of adding the lift?

Not really. You will need to go through the KDSS procedure when changing the coils and front struts because otherwise you cant get enough droop from the various suspension parts to get the oem stuff out and new stuff in.

@MEMCruiser Take MSCruiser's advice on this, or you'll end up like me, going back in 6 months later to add the front spacers! You will have to mess with KDSS either way, but if you do the spacers at the same time you do the springs, then you'll only have to mess with it once! Even if you have a later model 200 I would still do the spacers in the front, the Cruiser will look huge after the lift but will settle over the follwoing weeks... Anyway long story short spend the 75 bucks and throw the spacers in at the same time you put the lift on, you can thank us later:)))

Or you could not install them, and we could make fun of you later.

well damn

@MScruiser & @kreiten stop pulling his leg, you know the proper way is to trade in the 200 for a '13+ that comes pre-installed with the spacer

Not true. The 2013-15 guys told me there is no spacer in their stock setup. I had assumed this when I spread this rumor but later would out it wasn't true. Might have been for 13-15 LX but I can't convince anyone to take one apart for a look.
Regardless. Listen up to the guys with experience and do the spacers.

So trade in for 13+ LX? :hmm:

My '13 doesn't have the spacer.

Meant no offense if you were offended by that comment. Just wanted to clear that up since I was the one that spread the misinformation about the spacers when I accidentally ordered them from Beno.
