Looks the same as a stock manifold to me but with 4 barrel flange cast onto it
Each runner has a divider cast in it. One side of each runner goes to the primary carb ports at the flange and the other side goes to the secondary ports at the carb flange. You can see them in one of the pics above. Was supposed to be high velocity in the small (divided) port runners for the primary side and you would get the full port volume when the secondary's opened on the carb.
IDK how well they worked, but Offenhauser made the Dual Port style manifolds for many engines back in the day. Not only inline engines but for popular V8's as well.

Hello from germany and a happy new year,
pleas excuse my late reply.
Actually I'm still interested in an Offenhauser intake manifold.
However,I'm not so sure anymore whether that's really a good idea,because I've read a lot now and some people say that it should be really great and others write that it's better not to do it.
Now of course I'm a little unsettled.
Do you perhaps have experience with how the 2F works with the Offenhauser ?
By the way,would you want for the intake manifold ?

I have a feeling the cylinder head ports hurts flow much more than the intake manifold.

The original carbs and manifolds were smog devices, with the heat from the exhaust cooking the intake so they could atomize fuel and work with so-so porting.
I think this manifold would run better with the factory Aisan USA, or non-USA carburetors (with headers) because the ports don't merge at the intake gasket, they go all the way to the base of the carb. @White Stripe

I am looking for $500 canadian plus shipping, apparently you can make up to 50hp with the right carb. I don't think that price is out of line considering what they want for a refurbished on
Hey, this was my dad's he had it hidden away in his shop and passed away 2 years ago and came across it cleaning up. I cleaned it up and painted it had been collecting dust for 50 Years but I know he had barely used it before doing v8 engine swap. Sorry not to familiar

I bought a 4 bbl manifold and carb once and it was just a mess. The parts store was trying to sell me parts for the mini pick up not a Land Cruiser they had no idea the Land Cruiser had a straight 6 and the mini truck was a straight 4. I had been told that the Holly 250 economizer worked real well and that was what I tried to buy. The carb I was sold was too big and need 6K rpms to use it all.
The carb they sold me was also turned 90 degrees was not able to hook up the cable linkage to the pedal.
I ended up take the carb and manifold back and got me money back.

Some parts people are way better than others. I saved all my printed catalogs and price list for LC stuff - just for application years, pic's of assemblies and to remind me how much our money has been devalued thanks feral reserve syndicate
Yeah I learned at 17 years old that the retail auto parts stores can't help with my landcruiser. They may want to help, they may not want to help, but it's not their choice, those places don't cater to enthusiast vehicles and especially not ones as obscure as an fj55.

So,now I would finally like to answer you,
Well,first of all I would like to tell you that this Offenhauser intake manifold is actually not for the 2f, but for the 1f.
I'll also send two photos so you can see it straight away.
Your intake manifold fits the 2f head, but it doesn't fit with the 2f exhaust manifold, which I don't find that nice.
And I'll be honest, 500 dollars would be to much for me, especially since I still have to pay 1.200 euros to the engine repairer for hardened valve seats etc. in my cylinderhead.
And I also need a new camshaft, either a brand new original 2f camshaft, which I could get for 400 euros. Or I can send my old camshaft to Delta cams in the USA and have it overhauled or reground into the KC859.
As you can see, I have absolutely no money for an Offenhauser intake manifold at the moment...
But thank you for your offer...

I’ve considered (as part of @Fe3) casting (and productizing) a matching(*) manifold for the 2F but with the carb plate to fit a 2bbl Sniper, so you don’t need the machined adapter to the manifold.
Good 2F manifolds are getting more and more rare.
The “heat” isn’t for emissions/carb, it’s to improve cold weather drivability. It’s so the atomized fuel in the intake doesn’t hit the cold metal of the intake and “drop out” (condense), leading to an instant “lean” condition, requiring you to “give it some gas” just to keep the engine running.
(*) it would be designed and machined to fit well with the TriMeki 2F header

re: Intake-exhaust connection. Yes, this helped atomize fuel in the cold. This was lost when running a header. Downey (Man-a-free?) sold a aluminum plate that bolted to the bottom of the intake with two heater hose barbtite fittings to run heater hose hot water through to pre-heat the manifold . I did not run one at first on my 1963 FJ45. In the single digit temps during the "Christmas Blizzard" in the 80's I was driving and it stumbled and kept dying, when I looked down the carb throat there was icicles formed on the venturi (oem 1 barrel), knocked em off with a screwdriver then ran great... (2-3 times) it was in the single digit temps. Made my own heater plate (poor new dad) after that never an issue. On V-8's it's not an issue as the intake is over the valley pan and helps preheat.
It would be fun to try to tune a small 4 barrel on this dual plain manifold... If you enjoy carb work, I used to... I am a FI convert now! The 63' FJ45 is back in "needs restored" storage, but still has the header and heater plate. Not sure what if any carb is on it.. on the shelf I have a (big) Webber, Holley 350 (2brl), GM 2 jet, some fomoco (holley looking) 2 barrel, and possibly in some box an original 1F 1 barrel (I hope).
It would be fun to try to tune a small 4 barrel on this dual plain manifold... If you enjoy carb work, I used to... I am a FI convert now!
