Newbie wheel question - reversed for custom backspace (1 Viewer)

When ordering a custom backspaced wheel that results in the rim being "reversed" in order to achieve the desired backspacing, does this place the air valve in the backside of the wheel? If so, is there an easy fix? Or does the wheel manufacturer drill the hole after the rim is reversed so you don't encounter that problem.

Just curious before I order....

The air valve is towards the outside. No worries about crawling under the truck to inflate the tires.
