Hi All,

Finally bought myself a FJ40 (1975). I wanted one for years, and figured it was about time. It really doesn't need much work - other than fixing the parking brake and maybe converting to disks.

Can you give us details on the lift and tires? Size & Brands. Nice looking 40!

Nice cruiser

...Yep, no wrenching for you, just get in and drive that sucker! Nice 40

looks really nice...
avoid the urges to make "improvements"

That how most of my problems start.

The tires are BF Goodrich 31 x 10.50. Don't know about the lift. I'll let you know once I start poking around.....just got it on Wed.

Very nice FJ40! :)

Welcome! I hope my 40 looks that good when I'm done!

AC and all!!

That's a great truck!!

But, add brake fluid... Check the fluid, you may want to flush it before filling and the clutch master, at the same time.

As DickM said, "poke gently"!!

Wow!!! Nice rig!! That is the new definition of plug and play!

Welcome to the MUDness!!
