Hi everyone!!

just imported two 1984 diesel FJ40s from Nicaragua and I need assistance with a mechanic/parts place.

The tan one runs but needs repairs and the red one won’t start.

Any help is welcomed!

I’m sorry, I’m kinda new to the lingo/joined the group for my dad, what is 3B?

3B is a four cylinder Toyota Diesel engine. Post some photos of the engine or vin tag and we will have more info to try to help you out.

Yes it’s a four cylinder, I have attached a pic of the VIN tag.

Looks like they both have the B engine. My Costa Rican BJ40 came with it as well. The B is the older brother of the 3B.

I would suggest Partouq for parts coming out of UAE. They ship fast with DHL and pretty cheap.
