Great places to eat in Ouray in all price ranges (although I think many bring their own food and cook out for breakfast/dinner).

Definitely stop by Taco Del Gnar in Ridgeway. Ridgeway, Ouray, Silverton and Telluride, etc. have good fuel and they are all within close proximity. Telluride fuel is a bit inconvenient if you are not driving out highway 145. Our stock 4Runner...
