Pics coming soon. Will have them this week.

$5 shipped.

They have the screw wire studs in the back and the knob is black and correct. The only part that is not perfect is the little trim ring. It's just a regular nut.

Also the OEM switch trim ring will thread on to this one. The knobs are not interchangeable.

Factory soft top cruisers had a dome light that was operated by a switch on the dash. This is that switch.

First pic is the new switches

Second is old OEM (top) and new THC (bottom)

Third is New THC (left) Old OEM (right)

So it's an on/off switch? Can you please post pics of the front (facing view) of the switch?

Is it safe to assume that this would work for any on/off electrical device in a 12v automotive application?

If it's a well-made switch, $5 is a steal...

It's an on off switch.

Quality is good. Plus it's as period correct I could get it without breaking the bank. Shipping cost me around a dollar. So I'm not making much money off of them. Just thought it would be a low cost way of getting something that people might like to use. Considering we have an expensive hobby.

Which switch is it? I'm confused.....which isnt necessarily because of a lack of what you posted mind you.....LOL...

Late sixties early seventies hard tops used the same switch to turn on the dome light on the driver's B pillar. Around 75 the switch became part of the light.

Any chance you could please post a pic of a front view of the switch?

So, could this switch be used for fog lights?

Sure as long as you use a relay. That was really the whole idea in the first. Offer a switch that was relatively cheap and retained the stock look.

Thank you. Have seen lots of cruisers in my time but never ever paid attention to this switch. Was also used in 45's I'm pretty sure.

I will tomorrow. It's black, just like the original.

How doest thou pay? I think they're swell and I want at least one for starters.....

You can paypal at marshall@828rugs.com or you can mail me a check for $5 each.

neat!

I have a 1964 fst...

where in the dash did this switch live?
and where was the dome light mounted?

was this a stock thing or an aftermarket option originally?

very cool man :D

Thanks

So if I bought a couple I could use one to power my On-Board-Air and the other to power a transfer pump for my auxiliary fuel tank? This is sweet, I was hoping to do an OEM replica switch for those items...
