So, are these all too wide at the windshield or was that an issue that has been addressed and fixed? I was about to pull the trigger on one of these today actually.

I haven't of heard of there being any issues since mine. Maybe someone who bought one in the last few months could chime in?
I re-grommeted the corners and doubled them over, worked really well.
Just know that these tops take some amount of massaging as they are hand made like our trucks were...

I hear that. My top now is an old canvas Paki top. You never knew what you’d get so I understand the thing about hand made. Thx

Hope this fits with this thread, but I recently purchased the TROA top and bows to put on a 78, hard top version.
Maybe my ignorance, but do I just cut the excess track off the bottom of the c pillar, or do something else with it?

B pillar.
Yes, notch it leaving the most track you can. It’ll take a few go’s.

Thanks RevISK,

Yes, b pillar.

OK, notch it to slip over the pinch seam on the top of the tub? Was thinking along those lines.

Like this, but you do it better.

Hello.

An update about soft top and frame kits and the tariff situation.
There is a 35% tariff charge on top and frame kits (10% blanket and 25% auto part/country specific) adding roughly $735 to what TROA claims the value is.

So if you were in the market for a top, hold off or be willing to pay the excess.

Ian
