Hey guys. I have been lurking for awhile, but just joined the club so I thought it was a good time to speak up.

We moved to Winston-Salem last summer as a result of a job relocation. We spent the prior 9 years in Montgomery, AL and are originally from Georgia.

I have a 1987 FJ60 which is the primary camping/wheeling rig and a 1973 FJ40 which unfortunately just has not ever been totally sorted out.

I am looking forward to getting involved with some events here. It is possible I might be able to make it to Saturday night of the Meet and Greet, but I am not sure yet. [FONT=&quot] [/FONT]

Great looking rig and trailer. I'm just over in high point. I'm going to try and get our local meet ups back up and running seeing as how several Winston and local folks have chimed in lately. Normally hit up the cars and coffee in gso but that coincides with the meet n greet this month. Come on out and join is in uwharrie if you can make it.

Welcome! I grew up in Ardmore and my parents now live over by Sherwood Forest. I'm up there with some regularity so let me know if you need to mudship to or from Charlotte.

I'm thinking of investing in a trailer somewhere down the line. I'd like to check out yours someday.

Hope you get the 40 sorted out soon. There are lots of knowledgeable guys in this club with a willingness to help.

Unfortunately, it looks I will be working during the weekend of the Meet & Greet. Hope to catch an event sometime soon.

Here are a few pics of the 40. It is stored at my parents' farm in Georgia at the moment. We were not able to bring it with us when we moved last summer.
