I am not sure if you are joking but I am going to believe what you said...First is throttle.
Second is parachute
Third is choke.
Sounds like very scary function to me....First one is an OEM Toyota hand throttle, or throttle lock. For winching, or PTO use etc.
Press gas pedal down until revs are where you want them.
Gently pull the throttle lock out to hold the gas pedal in place, then twist to lock it.
Twist the other way to release it.
Can be used as a poor man's cruiser control.
Just stay alert!
The second is not toyota, it's been added

Never seen a dash light dimming switch like that
I have not used it yet but I believe you are rightIs that a Headlamp position (up-down) adjustment dial (dial closest to the Diff Lock rotary dial)??
Is there such an option ? Seems quite advanced. Is that a Headlamp position (up-down) adjustment dial (dial closest to the Diff Lock rotary dial)??
This is VX model. That's all I know about it.Is there such an option ? Seems quite advanced.
I have installed the throttle lock and can say it quite useful. Not only for winching but for running the bigger onboard air that I have.I don't have much useful input, but I'm here for answers to the mysteries.
The headlight adjustment dial sounds like an awesome feature... 3 for properly adjusted normal, 0 for following someone you specifically want to be courteous to and 5 combined with high beams for, "F&%# you @$$#*!&"
I've been tempted to install the throttle lock on mine, just for winching purposes. They're actually pretty common on motorcycles as a low-tech cruse control, but theoretically, you probably aren't zoning out on to the same degree on a bike as you can in a car.

The headlight dial does sound intriguing, I only asked because I would like to know.
I wasn’t sure if you were guessing or had factual knowledge of such an option.
Hopefully the OP will let us know.
I believe it was you who suggested to use mineral spirits instead gasoline for cleaning parts. I tried it and it worked great without all the nasty fumes.
Thanks for the tip.
