Everything bolted up fine for me. I had the Magnaflow parts on for a couple years before I replace the original Toyota muffler and tailpipe with new. That was about three years ago now and haven't had any issues.
Here's what I did. Cut out the old and bolt in the new. Probably around 2K for everything.
Magnaflow down pipe 23120
Magnaflow 2nd cat 23622
Toyota muffler 17403-66041
Toyota tail pipe 17405-66010
Toyota mounting hardware and gaskets
Another vise that isn’t mine (maybe I’m wandering out of the scope of the thread, but can’t help it - too good not to share!)
Saw this at one of the local metal scrappers. Owner said it was “one of their tools and not for sale” which is fine and...
I wouldn't hesitate to buy it at that price. I have two Norcolds that are older than that Engel and both work fine every time I plug them in. The older Norcold and Engel are essentially the same unit.
Here is my 30+ year old one...
Stumbled on another vise last weekend and had to have it. It's a Morgan 130 with 3 inch jaws and in really good condition. Spent about an hour cleaning it up and will probably leave it be. No great deal on this one, probably about market price.
VERRY nice Reed. Usually the ones with the flattened-out hockey puck shaped spindle have the removeable jaws. The earlier ones with the round meatball style have cast in jaws like yours. you may have a transitional model. The manufacture date...
Picked up a pretty nice 1C. The ad says it moved a little stiff so probably needs grease but I think it's all of the paint on the slide lol
Does not have removable jaws like my 4c and 2c so think it's an older version?
Will strip it down and...
Looks good @TomH 👍🏼
There’s a little bit of an art to vise painting if you’re trying to make it look good - knowing what to paint and what not to paint. Color choice can be a little tricky too but the thing to take comfort in is that it’s a piece...
Had a little time and weather cooperated for the most part so I was able to get some paint on the Simplex 33SJ. Looked like it was originally gray so I stuck with that color. I think one of the reasons people don't paint their vises is because it...
Great pieces @TomH ! LOVE the Simplex!!! That swivel jaw Wilton looked good too. a "little" undervalued but not really a "home run" for flipping purposes. Good to let those go to guys in need.
I didn't see it until it had been posted for about a day. I really didn't expect it to be available but took a chance. The steel in the stand was worth the $40 I paid for the vise. My son has already claimed the stand. We'll cut the top off so he...
Saw this Simplex 33SJ and thought it needed a new home. It was welded to a stand so I had to cut the welds and clean up the mounting holes but it came out pretty good. I think this is a pretty rare vise, although rare doesn't always mean...
Here's a list of parts. You can probably get it all for about $100 from you favorite low price Toyota parts source.

Not saying that isn’t the case, but! Have also heard they over produce and then sell as their own product. 🤷♂️ Either way my OEM Toyota timing chain cover has the same casting marks.
Another part that doesn’t meet Toyota requirements? When this one came across QA’s desk they noted that the plating wasn’t smooth and continuous as required by the Toyota part standard so they ground off the Toyota name and threw it in the Aisin...
After my old vise met a tragic end (my bad) I read through this thread for ideas. Then the search started and I went down the rabbithole... (so thanks all for that, haha).
Found a nice Columbian (what looks like a 504, the number on the plate is...
