My new to me Tacoma Replacement

Hello all, I had a 2017 Tacoma that I loved everything about other than driving it. I personally never could handle the transmission shifting. After attending the Lone Star Toyota Jambo, I saw the SSO Boys GX's and was set on getting a GX. I've been on this board awhile watching, reading and reading. I actually got in on the Black Friday sale and bought some SSO WGW nerfbars. At that time, I didn't even have a vehicle to put them on!!! Luckily, I found a very clean non- navi with 102000 miles.
My plans are to run 35's and make it capable but drive anywhere.

Prob a lil But, When I drive up a slight hill and motor never changes tone and the transmission stays in overdrive.
I have a big smile !!

Nice... I had a 16 Tacoma OR, sold it because of the motor/transmission too... bought a F150... regret it... looking for a GX myself.

Just got it back from the body shop. Had the fenders painted. But, so far loving it. And that V8 is so smooth. And No downshifting on small hills. Get ya a GX. You won’t regret purchasing one!!

Its a Metaltech. I Cut off the tire carrier and centered it. couldn't handle the offset rear tire.

Nice! I am up in the air about the metal tech bumper. It looks bloated in some pictures and not terrible in other pictures. Really want something more simple like the 4x4labs but then the metaltech looks good on your GX

Damn, next time we see an update on this beautiful rig, it will be on D60's with 37's and the update will be about the new windshield wipers .
