I have these at the house too. They’re super high quality. Doing a little cleaning/restoration of the console while it’s all out and before I put these in. Great fit and extremely high quality.
Yeah, they are nice. I have a nice grey console lid that will get sprayed cordovan brown with these.

I think they'll look really good and add a lot of functionality for a daily driver

I also encountered that the stock exhaust would not clear the spring shackle for removal so it had to be removed.

I may reverse it and test it out if greasing that upper zero becomes an issue.

Luckily I had a new stock exhaust, hardware, isolators and gasket on hand to put in.

My old one had a couple holes and needed replacing.

So reversing the bolt wasn't an option unless I wanted to remove my new exhaust. Not really practical either whenever I needed to re-torque the suspension hardware.

I ended up grinding down the Dobinson nut that provides protection for the zerk. I got a 45 degree M8 x 1.0 thread pitch zerk fitting at Ace Hardware.

I had to remove the two new exhaust bushings and move the exhaust out of the way to have enough room to do this but now I can easily grease that zerk and torque the shackle pin hardware.

I didn't have "nice new exhaust", so just cut off the exhaust and will have the pipe welded back on. Nice work!

Sadly not many will ever have a nice new Toyota exhaust on their 60 as that part went NLA soon after I got mine.
By the time I put it on they were long gone.

Made a pass through jumper harness to pull feed the illumination circuit to a repurposed defrost switch. I used high quality connectors from @Coolerman

I got the switch a couple of years ago from @ToyotaMatt but never got around to installing it until now.

Oh the alignment pin on the switch needed to be filed down since there is not a corresponding notch on the dash.

What it do?

Maybe I missed it.

So I ordered a second set of tail light seals from @cityracer and these were mislabeled too.
Good thing I ordered the pair, I only needed the right as I misplaced the previously purchased right side seal/gasket.

Beware if you need a Left seal order a Right and vice versa.

Have you reached out to him about this?
In my experience he’s pretty spot on with making things right.

No need. It's not a big deal. If you buy a pair you get a pair. The bags are just mislabeled to the opposite side.
