Next up will be the Man a Fre 3inch front and 2 inch rear lift kit.

Does anyone know of a good place or kit that I can order to replace the ripped leather on the drivers seat?
I need to put in new carpet too.
And a stereo, sub, new speakers, seperate amps
Bumpers, winch
This is going to get expensive fast...
Oh well. I plan to keep this truck forever so it's money well spent.

Yeah, Shane's seat leathers are the bomb....he also does steering wheels...
They aren't covers, they are replacement leather so....

That's light....my 33x10.5 Toyo OC MT's weigh around 80lbs a piece w/o rims
I always appreciate the look of a stock height FZJ80 with 35's. Looks like it should have come from the factory that way. Great looking rig. Keep up the good work
The land cruiser is already pretty bad on fuel haha. Do you know how much the 35" tires changed your fuel economy? I have read different things on this forum. It seems that some people have said that they increase the highway mpg on some trucks. I talked with a local guy in Merced California on 35" tires and he said he can't even get down to southern CA on one tank anymore.
I've never noticed much of a difference in fuel economy going from stock tires to 35s on any of my fzj80s. Moat of my driving is highways and country roads with the land cruisers though. I don't do much city driving with stop and go traffic.

Actually the mpg probably is a little better on the highway due to the lower rpm's but in the city I'd say I've definitely noticed a 3-4 mpg decrease. When you were at 12-10 to begin with that's a noticeable difference.
