If your talking about the heat shield on the bonnet then your hoses are in the correct spot
Its a bit late now but that is an easy fix cut the tank brakets off your 1998 tub and weld them over the 1991 brakets, fits perfect and then you can usr the later tank. Those early ones are a b--th to get out and in.The original cab is a 1998 and the replacement is a 1991. Attached is a picture of tank the panel beater said was no good for older cab. Panel beater said chassis was slightly different also. Will send picture of current tank later.

So how are the tanks and how are the brackets different
Here are pictures of my brackets. These were taken from the original 1998 cab and welded on to the replacement 1991 cab because there was a gap between the 1991 brackets and the 1998 tank. You might just be able to see that these brackets are about 25mm more towards the back of the ute than the 1991 version of the bracket. I think the brackets were also a slightly different shape.
You going to sound proof it. Doing the roof, firewall and floor makes a huge difference to a 75 in terms of ear comfort.
Looks very nice.
Are you confident your cab doesn't leak? I was always nervous about the soundproofing getting wet and me not knowing about it until it caused damage.
Yeah as long as the doors are shut fully it seems OK, I might check with the hose now you have me thinking about it![]()
It's more around the front windows corners area you get leaks . Then you get a wet drivers foot when driving in the rain or the passenger gets a wet left foot
