It came with the 40 in a box. Rob (landcrusher909) noticed a part missing when he was here.

Dear Ms. Poo,

Call Mark Algazy and see if he has one. If not, you could make one with a piece of metal, a hammer, drill and a hack saw in about 15 minutes. It is one of the joys of being a FJ40 owner having to make things like that.

I thought I had one. Its going to be easyer to just hook up a cable to the carb. Someone should have one they can donate to the cause. and Tony now you can drive over and pick up your lift gate handle . Found a coil, the cable and some other junk I will drop it off this week
