Only an advantage because they boost your '13 numbers.

My ‘13 LX was built 2/2013. I bought it new (well a dealer demo with ~800 miles on it but technically new) off the lot spring of 2014, pretty sure it was late April 2014.

Interesting that 38.3% (at time of this message) is 2016 or newer. A lot more than I would have imagined considering that those 4 years only account for ~30% of the production years.

I think that can be best explained by declining participation in an enthusiast forum over time from initial purchase. I would guess that if you looked at Mud visits by user, they decline over time. Basically You buy the truck, get excited about it, hop on Mud and do some exploring, maybe stay active for a year or two and it tapers off as life gets in the way or your questions have been answered. This logic would lead me to expect newer model years to be more active on Mud overall and therefore more likely to have responded to the poll. Just a theory.

If the poll were sticky where everyone sees it, we might get a good representative sample in a year of polling.
