Got my mounting hardware and passenger side slider over a week ago... still waiting on the driver's side. kind of sucks. Been in contact with metal tech who filed a missing package investigation with UPS. UPS has no tracking record of taking in this item. Not sure how you lose a 65 pound 6 foot piece of steel but ok.

UPS has misplaced my driver's side too at one of their centers, tracking just stopped. I expect the label came off. Talked to @MT4x4 and they are working to replace and track down the offending slider. Thanks guys!
Guess I'm the third guy whose dealing with a misplaced driver's side. Very bizarre.
Somebody at UPS has a few sliders sitting around...This is absolutely insane! I am also missing my driver side slider. What are the chances.....
If you have 4 cases of missing the same side there’s definitely a shipping/logistics problem over at metal tech. I haven’t heard from anyone there in over a week despite two emails asking for updates.

Agreed .. I've bought tons of stuff from the guys at MT and the customer support has been great.Don't think you need to jump to that just yet. Plenty of people are getting theirs just fine. I'm sure with this massive group buy they are a little backed up.
I've had bad luck with UPS before I've almost found that larger things are more likely to get lost. I'm sure MT will make it right even if its not their fault.

Remember it's a small operation and everyone is stretched thin with this massive group buy order.
They have actually under promised and over delivered with their production time and earlier shipping dates.
I'm sure it'll all work out.
