Got my mounting hardware and passenger side slider over a week ago... still waiting on the driver's side. kind of sucks. Been in contact with metal tech who filed a missing package investigation with UPS. UPS has no tracking record of taking in this item. Not sure how you lose a 65 pound 6 foot piece of steel but ok.

UPS has misplaced my driver's side too at one of their centers, tracking just stopped. I expect the label came off. Talked to @MT4x4 and they are working to replace and track down the offending slider. Thanks guys!

My sliders were delivered yesterday, I have four cans of VHT epoxy, now just need to prep, paint, and install.

If you have 4 cases of missing the same side there’s definitely a shipping/logistics problem over at metal tech. I haven’t heard from anyone there in over a week despite two emails asking for updates.

Pretty disappointing.

Don't think you need to jump to that just yet. Plenty of people are getting theirs just fine. I'm sure with this massive group buy they are a little backed up.

I've had bad luck with UPS before I've almost found that larger things are more likely to get lost. I'm sure MT will make it right even if its not their fault.

Agreed .. I've bought tons of stuff from the guys at MT and the customer support has been great.

Remember it's a small operation and everyone is stretched thin with this massive group buy order.

They have actually under promised and over delivered with their production time and earlier shipping dates.

I'm sure it'll all work out.

@yosshaa I just got off the phone with UPS. Apparently it is common for them to break up the large/heavy/long packages for the drivers (news to me). Supposedly my driver side is out for delivery today. Ill chime back in if i continue to have issue. I hope you get your situation resolved soon, but i would focus on UPS and less on MetalTech. Once it leaves their hands, it is more or less out of there control. Have you tried actually going to the distribution hub and seeing if you can take a look?

Lol... OR they don't want to unload them, lol... I used to work for UPS... Believe me they HATE I mean HATE over sized heavy items... Supposedly you need to buddy lift anything over 75lbs, how in the world do they do that when they drive by themselves most of the time.

I wish I had the funds free to have jumped on this!

I'm looking forward to seeing the installed pics!!!

MT has been great. I’ve ordered two sets of these sliders and a couple sets of control arms...nothing but great experience everytime I’ve talked to them.
