If anyone can test the mettle of this design it is you. Will be curious to see how they hold up.
BTW, is there another plate on the otherside of the frame to distribute the stress?
Yes- plates vary in size depending on their location. The holes in the center were most easily drilled with the torsion bars removed (however could be drilled from the outside of the frame or cut with a dremel, etc.

Holes are not sleeved through the frame. Multiple M8 bolt holes from AHC brackets are reused to mount the slider initially for fitment, then larger hardware attaches the sliders for final installation. I went ahead and sprayed the frame and parts of the body after cleaning it all up with grinder/wire brushes.

what paint are you all using for your White Knuckle sliders ?? My sliders barely ever get used, yet the paint flakes off so easily and starts rusting. I Stated with primer & Rustoleum, and that lasted less than a year before spots started rusting. I then sanded em back down , primed the rusted areas, and used 2 part Raptorliner on them. about a year later now, areas are chipping off and rusting again.

I'm probably not your guy for this question since I used Lowe's $2 rattle can...

If they're rusting from underneath the paint though that indicates a need for better prep work (ie media blasting, etc)
