Made my own sliders to fit the KDSS. Plan to put some diamond plate on top eventually. Painted gunmetal to match the roof rack, and wheels.

It was actually a DIY kit. Just had to cut the legs to size, weld it all up, and make my own bolt on brackets for the frame.

Just need to make the bumper tube to go all along the bottom of the bumper.

I'll get a complete side view in a bit. But here's an angle shot. It'll look real good once I get the tube bent and mounted. But even without it, it's not bad at all. The wife almost couldn't even notice :)

I'm planning on doing the same later this year, and also the rear bumper chop the Prados do.

I'll be chopping the rear next week. Just trying to decide how I want to design the tubing around it after cutting.

Interesting. I worry more about the rear then the front. You can just rip the rear off so easy on a trail. Can't wait to see yours.

The front would never clear on quite a few ledges on the trails we run - and I've already tore up the rear on one of our 'easier' trails - so that will be easier to cut :)

very nice, good job, looking forward to seeing the tube and the rear bumper cut.

Oh - and almost forgot. The ARB skids are pretty worthless. The front met its first rock last week, and folded like a Harbor Freight special. So eventually I'll replace 'em with some real ones if anyone ever makes some for KDSS.

ARB skids are good for beach runners, not any light play in rocks.
