Stock motor threw a rod, I replaced it with a ~240k mile 1FZ which I was told blew a HG. I replaced the HG, lapped the valves, replaced the rod bearings, and resealed the whole motor. Didn’t do anything to the pistons/rings/bores as I had to do everything within a week.
