Would you happen to remember the part numbers for the hoses you used?

Which hoses? I didn't write down my hose numbers for everything (I should have), but I could go out and see if I have any numbers visible. For most of them I just went to the auto parts store and started looking for the bends I wanted.

Both upper and lower if possible.

Unfortunately, the website that used to host my build took a dump, and all my info like this disappeared. However, I do have a little info for you. Upper hose is a Gates 20450 (just the 90* bend part) to the JTR adapter. Then it's a 18" Gates flex hose with a 1.25" opening on one end and a 1.5" on the other.

For the lower hoses, I don't have the hose numbers. I believe they are both 1.5" inch openings. Basically, I went to the parts store and got a hose with a 90* bend and a hose with a 180* bend. Then I connected them with a 1.5" "radiator hose repair kit" coupling. Not the best photo, but here you go.

Hope that helps. It's not the cleanest setup as far as hoses go, but it works for me. After a couple of years, still no leaks.

I spent a good part of today looking at various auto parts stores to get close to what you have. The only difference is my radiator has the 1 1/4 at the top. Other than that I was able to "match" what you did....just waiting on the metal barbs that join the pieces to get here. I really don't care what it looks like as long as it doesn't leak!!

I used a custom Griffin radiator in my latest FJ45 conversion. It is a 19" x 27".

Engine is an LQ4 (6 liter) and I use the stock fan.

I asked the great folks at Griffin to include ports for the oil cooler lines (blue) and the Vortec steam port.

Even without a shroud, this radiator does a great job. I have a tranny cooler sitting in front of the Griffin, and have no heating issues. Lil'John's hose numbers should work with this setup.
