Hi everyone.

do i need to change my springs if I want to install a 2 1/2 " lift shackles kit in my stock BJ-40 ?

and what if i go to the 1 1/2" ...should i change it anyway?

also: anybody has tryed a electric supercharger (axial model)in a B diesel engine?

thanks advance.

No but you might have to run castor correction shims

Later,

the vendor:CCOT make no mention of this shims .I never heard about castor correction shims...where they go? between spring's leafs?

Thanks in advance.

Remember you're only getting half the shackle length in lift - so if you run 2.5" longer shackles you get 1.25" of lift.

I have the 2.5" on my 76 and you WILL need the caster shims. Mine drives great, but if I flat tow it, the caster issue raises its ugly head. Go with the 6 degree shims.

any pics of the shims installed....
