Nice camper--is that a Hiker? We used to have the smaller version :)

Good stuff! Ignorant American question: Is it tough to find public access to gravel roads in those areas?

Both yes and no. Most roads are blocked with gates, but if you know who to ask nicely there's usually no problem finding the keys. I've never gotten a no yet🤷‍♂️

Did you add those fan vent/covers or did your Lance come with them? I'm thinking of adding the Dometic fans and covers, since the stock ones will let rain in.
I can't speak to his model but I added them to my Lance 2185 (first generation). They screw into the frame around the vent. they do a great job of keeping rain and most debris out, though they do "float" above the roof so leaves and other stuff can sneak under them while driving. Still IMO a very worthwhile investment

Headed down to Lewisburg, WV for the State Fair and a concert. Used Hipcamp and got a nice spot from an awesome farmer. Had view on high ridge overlooking the town - 20 min drive. Got to try out my new Oztent RV3 Plus.

The next morning had a return visitor, Bentley - Great Pyrenees. Super chill giant and protecting the livestock. The town of Lewisburg is under the clouds/fog behind us.

Great spot and hosts. From there, headed off to the New River Gorge, WV for more exploring and primitive camping.

We love our Oztent got to test how it held up to a pretty decent storm last month and we stayed bone dry. I did have to adjust our awning though since we don’t have that second set of poles
