Good question, I'll cover it in the review. It's pretty quiet as far as roof racks go in my opinion, but far from silent and definitely makes some noise especially in crosswinds. How noisy is the roof rack? The Lexus one on the GX has constant noise above 45mph. thx
That is waaaay to much poke on this wheel/tire combo. Can't imagine how there isn't going to be serious damage, if you actually go off-roading on these and flex them inside the wells. Also rock chips galore in the paint. Looks like one of those "appearance packages" to go straight from the dealer to the mall.Ran across this one at the local dealership in Colorado Springs. The dealership indicated that the lift was from Westcott Designs. I will say a bit a lift and tires sure changes the appearance in a good way. There have been some pretty cringeworthy wheel/tire/lift combos on the prado twins. People have no taste. lolThat is waaaay too much poke on this wheel/tire combo. Hahaha...hey, you know that is how technical/industry terms are born.Whenever I hear ill-fitting tires described as "poke" I always picture the person saying it as some flat-billed yo-boy from the west coast. It's so cringy.
I came across a post elsewhere where the poster has excessive "poke" with his ill-fitting wheel/tire combo and now he's looking to add mud guards and fender flares to his GX to stop all the dirt and mud getting slung down the side. Ironically the tires are the same height as stock. What a colossal waste.
But it's the the "thing" to do now on a vehicleWhenever I hear ill-fitting tires described as "poke" I always picture the person saying it as some flat-billed yo-boy from the west coast. It's so cringy.
