Landcruiser VS. ? (1 Viewer)

Friend of mine is in Europe and we've been discussing Land Cruisers over in Poland, Czech Republic. He said that people are moving away from Land Cruisers recently and to this vehicle but he hasn't been able to determine what it is yet. He sees them on farms, and an occasional one on the highway. Says they look incredibly capable. Anybody know what it is?

Does the drive enter what looks to be rear passengers door(s) and then enter the cock pit to drive? Looks super awkward.
