1992 LJ78 2LTE Toyota Landcruiser Prado located in South Orange County (Laguna Niguel) CA - $12000 OBO
Decided its time to pass along this beauty to someone who can truly appreciate and enjoy it uniqueness. Purchased back in 2019 features 116,000 miles (187,183 kl), OME lift suspension, car alarm, Apple car play, Rallye wheels, clean AZ title, push button 4x4, electric Hub Locker, dual battery setup, chrome push bar, A/C, in-dash tachometer, Cooper Discovery AT3 all terrain tires, factory blue/silver metallic paint, seating for 8 with rear jump seats capable of folding up for more cargo space, OEM matching floor mats, OEM Toyota tool kit pouch and manual, upgraded head, new cooling system including radiator, water pump, new timing belt, EGR delete done at home, new glow plugs, fuel pump rebuilt, oil pan resealed.
Drove great aside from a small oil leak. Took it in to get fixed by experienced "Landcruiser" mechanics in Los Angeles who left the vehicle undriveable. Had to have it towed back to Orange County and looked at by another reputable "Landcruiser" shop in Laguna Hills. After multiple mechanics and attempts - the timing remains off and car smokes worse horrendous black and dies after driving about a block down the road when letting off the throttle.
Will need to be transported and have someone who truly understands a JAPANESE DIESEL ENGINE.
