The Salsa receipt also if possible:D
While I'm at it...
Salsa is all "to taste" and it's easier to add flavor than undo it. Know thy tastebuds.

Roma tomatoes (quartered)-10 tomatoes fill my processor so I start with 8
Red onion- 1/4 or less to start
Garlic - 1 clove
Jalapeño- 1 or less to start (seeds out)
Fresh lemon juice- 1/2 lemon
Salt
Pepper
Cilantro - 1 bunch (about 2 handfuls, no stems)
Tortilla chips for taste testing

Cut/slice/dice everything into smaller pieces. Slightly blend tomatoes and lemon. Add onion, blend a little. Garlic, blend. Jalapeño, blend. Taste. Add a little salt and pepper. Taste. Figure out what flavor(s) you want more of and add. To tone down, add tomatoes. Cilantro is last. Blend and check flavor. Adjust or rejoice. :bounce:

I heard there is a need :cookie:

To start, use the Quaker Oats old fashioned oatmeal recipe on the underside of lid.
Let butter soften on its own, don't microwave.
Mix everything by hand, no machines allowed.
Go easy on the cinnamon.
Use dried cherries instead of raisins. I usually cut mine into smaller pieces, but no need to mince them.
Add a bag(ish) of dark chocolate chunks or morsels.
Dough should be thick/stiff. Put it in a sealed container and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 until they look "almost" done. Leave on the cookie sheet for a few minutes to finish baking out of the oven.
Keep container in fridge between batches so dough doesn't soften.
Sample as needed.
Be ready for trial and error.
Then they'll be ready for trail and...:steer:

Thank you @Cruzrmama, I'll try my best to do them justice.

Salsa is a beautiful thing! A tweak here and there and you can change things up big time if you are the kind that likes to experiment. That recipe above looks close to ours, except we use yellow sweet onion, serrano pepper, and lime juice instead of lemon.

Going out Sunday morning to scout out our camping area for Casner. What are the roads like to get back there? Doable in a stock Tundra with 4WD and AT tires??? Thanks.

@Saddletramp going to follow your directions from your previous post. Will be heading up there Sunday morning early from Prescott Valley;)

Think I am taking 89S exit, Exit 337 I believe?

@tls3601 here are the directions and coordinates.

Wishing we could be camped there! It's a great view and usually the people are tolerable too.

@brices123 I plan on getting out there Friday as well. Not sure what time Darlene will be joining me there as well. I will probably arrive there late afternoon on Friday. Scouting the area out this Sunday morning.
