Jumper seat straps..................

So I went looking to replace my torn/tattered jumper seat straps only to find that the OEM units are NLA. I have seen aftermarket replacements at both CCOT and cruisercorps, although I have heard the cruisercorps units don't seem to be as quality as OEM. What are people using to keep it looking close to stock? Also I believe my 10/78 manu date had oof white colored straps and my brothers 3/76 had a different color-anyone know about this?? I am sure JohnnyC will know, maybe he will chime in ! Thanks all.........................

cruisercorps tends to put out pretty good products. I'd choose them over CCOT.

I have CCOT. What I don't get is why nobody makes it in the original color.

I no longer make these. They are rather easy to make. 1 inch cotton webbing with eyes and tips.
Look for your local tent and awning shop. They will carry the gear.

I went with CCOT when I replaced one of mine on my 1978 FJ40. Two things, the colors don't match now (not a huge deal to me, but might bug others so buy two) the second thing is the straps come in different lengths for different year seats. Make sure you get the right length for your seat, you can trim the long ones, but one too short would be no good.

I got the same problem - old guy with old truck wandering around looking for the rolls of canvas , heavy needles and industrial upholstery thread ...the clerks usually pretend as if I'm not there .
