Opinions on JT Outfiters???
Just got my fiberglass transhump in.

I’ll let them reply to my quality control questions before I share much else but was considering getting a few more items from them and curious bout their general reputation for quality and service.

You coulda done better with hardware store supplies and using your old hump as a mold. Curious what they ask for that ? I used to make surf/skim boards and that finish is indicative of some major failures during application & curing. The edge finish is non existant, that thing should have been cheap, like 30 or 40 bucks

read for yourself

Absolute piece of s*** that piece is! Pathetic glass work.

The mold they used is s***!

It's getting to the point where JT Outfitters really needs a sticky here.
It’s getting to the point where we all need to contact SC state and file complaints. I wonder how much money he has sitting in unfulfilled orders. He’s got at least $350 of mine.

It was like $275… so pissed.
I talked to them and said it was 2 on scale from 1-10.
The guy said “alright we’ll good talking”

Yeah I know boats and surfboards - this is the most pathetic layup ever. It’s basically papier-mâché. Effing joke. The flange isn’t flat either… I trimmed it and cut out the holes and drilled it. It’s “in the truck” but not installed with more than a few bolts and i’m not wasting the gasket I got from SOR. I’ll have to come back it with a metal repop one - I didn’t realized they’re basically the same price. Total waste of money.

Thats how I felt about their front disc conversion. FWIW, I'd send it back with a nice letter asking for a refund, just to say you did your part completely. I would get the TP Topnault metal one and live happy.

It is worth noting that they also sell on ebay as "JoeTLC"

I know this as I am in a return dispute with them after ordering a weber adapter for 2F air cleaner and receiving one for a 20R and they are fighting it.

FYI: Joe has rebranded to JoeTLC.com (powered by JT Outfitters).

2234 separate SKUs for food, so if you're hungry you can order some grub with your Cruiser parts. Also downspout parts and firearm holsters. Nifty.

I knew he had a slew of other websites for stuff but I didn't realize how extensive it was.

This new rebranded site is a typical “out of the box” aggregator site for affiliate marketing…and further away from being an Land Cruiser “vendor” Food, home parts, merc parts…
