After grinding off a few diff plug heads I now use the 10mm hex key plug.
Worst case they fill with mud, but do not deform. I get them at the Toy dealer. Look like 3022m below.

I didnt grid the head off but smashed the ring into the bolt. I also went with Toyota OEM

Yep, the Camry plug. When jammed full of rock, they are just as or even a bigger pain than the stock plugs.:hillbilly:

Well keep'em full of mud and those little rocks won't get in ! LOL

Not freezing rain, blowing snow, fast flowing water, treacherous mud, perilous rock, shifting sand, desert heat or dark of night will deter the trusty Cruiser on making its appointed rounds to great wheeling trails no matter where they be ...

Neat slogan! Maybe some federal agency should adopt it...................

Been working some new projects on Raul, one is EFI, TBI type. Got a complete setup off of a '90 G20, 350 chevy van (thanks to AzTony for the help!). The van harness has the advantage of being long, this helps when you are going to have to splice wires, it's much easier to make them shorter than longer!:hillbilly:

Stripped the harness, should have taken a pic of it unloomed, before it was organized and stripped. It is mostly good, will need a couple of connector bodies. There are still a few circuits that we likely won't be using, but will wait till we are further along before deciding.

Testing sensors, etc, so far all good, for most we have spares, will be good for the trail kit. Got a batch of parts in, had hoped to have the throttle body ready to go this week.

Took the injectors over to have them cleaned, turns out they are for a 4.3L motor, that 350 must not of run very well? Need to make a pick & pull run for the correct ones, had it planned anyway, need some other "stuff". Could bump the pressure to get the flow rate, but would rather have the correct injectors, likely to be enough challenge in this project already?

The throttle body fits in the ultrasonic cleaner, beats cleaning it by hand.:hillbilly:

Picked this up from Dave, it's a 28 gal replacement tank. Goes all of the way across the floor, under both seats, fully baffled for EFI.:hillbilly:

The parts collection is almost complete, a couple of more pieces and good to go.

Got the correct injectors, AUS Injection did the clean and balance job on them. Converted the regulator so it is adjustable and set it to 13psi and built the throttle body. Also did the spacer mod for the extra 5hp!

Did a bunch of stuff, mostly not worthy of pix. Got a whole spare set of sensors, modules, cleaning, testing everything, etc.

Got a BB TBI adapter, hoping to use it, will require a couple of mods. It has a nice plenum, should work great and is factory.

One of the issues is running a bit warm, mainly in the slow speed wheeling stuff. Replaced the 14" fan with an 18" one. Took moving some stuff, like the radiator, but will fit nicely and blows a bunch more air around. This is all coming out, have a F motor shroud that will be modified and installed.

Need that threaded hole for the EFI coolant temp sensor, unfortunately the alt bracket covers it. Chopped the bracket, bent a new arm that goes to a manifold hole and welded it on. Now don't have to remove the bracket to service the thermostat and the sensor can be used.
