Working on the 80 all day during the week - nope
Playing with Diesel Dan at his shop - no mas
Going for a bike ride in the middle of the afternoon - see ya
Afternoon couch nap - goodbye
Going on wheeling trips all week - no more
Driving the wife batty with too much exposure after being on the road for 12 years - screeching halt.
Eating breakfast with the toddler every morning while we watch the news together - done
Getting stuff done around the house and making trips to Lowe's when it's practically empty - ended
Rebuilding engines because it's just too much fun and I'm bored - yeah right

I got a job :crybaby: :bang:

I start Monday at a small local electrical (Paragon Electric) company doing automation type work. It'll be a different lifestyle working locally and being home every night. Commuting via car- now there's a foreign concept to me. I'm used to commuting to an airport and coming home every other weekend.

A steady paycheck does sound good though!:hmm:

'bout time you slacker. :flipoff2:

it's just more $ for the cruiser.:grinpimp: congrats!

Congratulations; hope it works out great for you.

Dude-You were living the dream!

Now you'll be back to the daily grind. Glad you had some fun while it lasted.

That dream did come with a price, unfortunately. Sigh.....

Can't put a price on sanity bro! All things come to pass...but damn you have some fine memories and photos from your near year off!

Congratulations! I'm glad to hear that worked out for you.

You're probably getting back to work just in the nick of time. You know what they say - for better or worse, but not for lunch!

Well it's about damn time!

I'd give the man some time, He's probably trying to remember Ohm's Law and if the positive is red or black. You know, 'lectrical stuff like that.

From what I hear, they've got him running around out in the deserts of NM on the rez.....

ps: at least that's what his voice mail said.

Ummm, I thought the positive was white.

I'm trying to figure out how to go back to being unemployed again.....this working gig is just not for me.

I'm driving around on the Res and trying to figure out where all the trails are leading to and who has the keys to the gates.

They've been known to shoot first and ask for ID later. Just thought you should know.

-Mike-

and what's with the speed freaking bumps every 25 freaking feet in the pueblos? Good grief....
