Huh. Good to know. My truck seems to be a hodgepodge of parts from early and late 60s. The PO bought it from classic cruisers. Thanks man!

@Trollhole @Spook50 @dbbowen That combo cap/funnel is on 1987+ 62s only from what I’ve seen. The trim ring in the cargo panel is slightly smaller than the trim ring & cap in a 1981-1987 60, so it’s not backwards compatible. That’s for US trucks, but maybe elsewhere in the world it’s different.
 
huh mine does not loook like that. Its like stamped metal and likes to rattle. Is this a fj62 thing?
On the back of the trim ring you can bend some tabs down to tighten it to the cargo panel. On the back of the cover are two wings you can bend to adjust the cover’s tightness in the trim ring. No more rattles!
