The problem keeps coming back to space. The 3FE engine bay isn’t as tightly crammed as a modern engine bay, but it makes efficient use of the given space. A widget bolted here, a widget bolted there. No big open holes like in a 2F engine bay...
Is the FJ62 fusible link upgrade still in work? I'd love to swap over to a more modern solution myself.
I do remember (but haven't gotten the opportunity yet) I plan to investigate the connections where my factory charge lead ultimately reaches...

Definitely give the throttle body coolant supply a check like @YooperCruiser suggested. There's definitely something getting in, and to all six cylinders. That's some ugly buildup.
My OEM rear belts are in good shape but my fronts are going to need replacing within the next couple years. Thanks for reminding me where they come from 😂
Sorry for off topic but answering question........I went to seatbelt planet and bought their front and rears that retract. Also found the unicorn OEM trim piece made in the 89/90 FJ62 for retractable seat belts.
