Thanks!

Fuel pressure good, I will figure out how to check the manifold vacuum.

Rechecking a couple of things this morning in the garage I can tell it is running very rich from all the gas smoke. The fuel pressure leads me to believe the Pump and Regulator are working and those are not the issue, creates a dead end for my abilities if it is not the IAC, which doesn’t seem to align with the issues those typically create.

Starting to think bad ECU?

You have a O2 sensor and a display that tells you what it's reading, there's no need to guess wether it's rich/lean. Which you are just guessing, raw gas can be unburnt fuel from a lean combustion mixture.
You also have a MAP sensor to that can tell you your intake vacuum, that's exactly what it's there for. Only reason to use a mechanical vaccum gauge would be to confirm if the Sniper's iternal map sensor is reading correctly.

Lean - must be really lean if it can't support combustion. Way too rich will not burn properly either. What about build up on the injector nozzle - doesn't vaporize the fuel properly so it can burn correctly. Leaks so fuel is dribbling in all the time and not sprayed with enough pressure to vaporize.

If you have power brakes disconnect the booster to make sure that it is not a vacuum leak.

Vacuum leaks will cause the sniper to dump fuel.

Pick and plugged vacuum port on a manifold plug.

Buy a vacuum gauge. Auto zone. Cheap.
Thanks, as always you and Matt have been great!

I will check vacuum, the hoses and caps and reseal the insulator plate and throttle body (that fixed your Ole Blue 60 that ended up in town) and see results, however I am quickly approaching my limit in skill and am wondering if the ECU is crapping out?!!

If I could post a video I would show you the on screen craziness when it get warm!

Unfortunately, that too is beyond my technical ability!

Amazingly I don't even own a computer that I can use to read a data file. That shows you how littie these things need to run great on a 2F

If you get where you are down to thinking it's the Sniper then you can run a data file and go
To the Holley forum and upload it and one of the techs will read it and see what it's telling you.

Spiking AFR is usually a bad O2 sensor
That was my initial thought that would cure the issue as it had happened before a couple year or more ago.

I installed a new O2 sensor on Sunday and there was no change. I have heard of more than one fried ECU, nothing I have done has improved, in fact it is progressively getting worse when it warms up to operating temperature.

I don’t give up often, but it may be trailer time and an expert!

Thanks again everyone for the assistance!

Quality control on new parts isn't what it was in the past. Chinesium sensors not all that wonderful most of the time.

Chips. American Chips Russian Chips all made in Taiwan

Can you post another video with this screen? Home > Monitor > Multi Gauge > Sensors

Adjust your screen to show MAP. putting a mechanical vacuum gauge on it before that is working backwards.

From that I see the RPMs all over the place but the IAC up in the 100s is a sure sign it's out of whack
I will reseal the insulator and base plate and get video of the other screen.

Thanks for all the eyes on the issue!

I want you to redo your wizard.

Make sure displacement is 248

Set idle at 750

Then look at your manual and set the IAC correctly. Remember. Idle is set via Wizard. The screw that looks like a throttle screw is really only there to dial your IAC.

Before you crank it after rerunning the Wizard, pretty please set the screen to Home > Monitor > Multi Gauge > Sensors!

It’s got all the secret info all in one place

You can dial in the IAC as it warms up
