Regarding fuel lines. I understand that EFI is relatively high pressure requiring lines capable of withstanding pressure.

The kit came with AN line and AN fittings.

Will I need to replace all fuel line from tank outlet, all the way to Sniper?

You can use the low pressure stuff from tank to pump and for the return.

Pump to Sniper you want high pressure hose clamps

You can weld off the front of the stock one

I had ghetto fabbed this with some JB Weld.

Should I use Mosley’s Filter Regulator before Fuel Pump?
It goes after the pump. You still have to use the pre-filter before the pump. The smaller one in your holley kit is the pre-filter. Saves you from running the return line all the way to the sniper.

Hello @BajaDeltaGirl glad you are here!

From JDN’s pictures and username, his is a ‘78 with tank in the cab. Mine is a little different.

However, after my original post I crawled underneath the truck and have what appears to be all kinds of room along the PS frame rail.

I will remove OEM lines and mount up in same location. Will have to bypass the transmission crossmember but not a big deal.

There were no instructions with kit, so using ih8mud as my online resource.

I don't know if things have changed since I have faded out of the loop, but back in the day all electric fuel pumps were pushers, not suckers, sooooo they always had to be mounted as close to the tank as possible.

I know. It's one of the things I have on my list of things to do. Sadly that is not going to help you out right now. Mud is definitely the resource we would currently send someone to.

I simply copied the layout @wngrog used on a couple of his builds and yes mine is a 1/78 model. The setup has been awesome!

Also, below the tank level is a good idea as I understand it.
