2006 Lexus LX470
194k miles (moving, I still drive it often)

I bought this car 5-6 years ago in Raleigh, NC. It was originally from South Carolina. It has been used as a weekend camper, family trip vehicle over the time of my ownership. Everything works as it should. It drives better down the highway than most would expect with mud tires. I have driven it from NC to PA several times, and from NC to central VA often.
2.5" OME lift (Hydraulic nonsense has been removed)
295/70/18 Nitto Trail Grappler MT tires (with full size spare)
Runs great, has some dings and things consistent with a camping
vehicle and being 13 years old
Everything in vehicle works as it should. Has an aftermarket bluetooth for audio that works well also
VIN: JTJHT00W864012393

I have the side steps also, they have just been removed. They are included with the sale. I also have the rear jump seats that go with the vehicle.

Price: ASKING $17,500, but will listen. It seems like pricing is all over on these vehicles, so honestly, I am unsure where to start.

I have a lot more pictures if you're interested, I am happy to send them along.

timing belt water pump done recently? starter is original or replaced at some point? any records of service for the umpteen wear items like radiator, tune up stuff, starter alternator o2 sensors and oodles of sensors? rear axle serviced/rebuilt? fluids/ etc.

for help on pricing- the above listed stuff is a good $ 4-5k of what most would deem as wear items that would need to be addressed to get from 194k miles to 294k miles. This is the reason prices are all over the place on these......pristine documented service records with most of these done will command $18-20k.......and subtract up to $4-5k of that range depending on what has or hasnt been replaced, serviced.

Thanks for the info.

timing belt is due around 210,000
I have replaced several sensors and flushed the radiator. Rear axle has not shown any issues at all. I serviced the axles and transmission around 180,000 miles. Oil is changed every 4000. I take good care of my cars. There are no current issues aside from the tire pressure monitor system.

I think people are being too picky here. This is a nice truck at a great price.

To be fair I think the market sets the price and being for sale for almost 3 months should say everything it needs to say.

To be fair, I've seen this a million time on this forum. People often expect too much from a 13 year old vehicle. If I were this guy, I would take it off the forum and put it on eBay, auto trader, CL, or some other service. To be honest, I will probably do the same when I sell my truck.

This is a very nice looking vehicle at a good price.

maybe put it in CL in Denver? It would probably sell quickly.

It did... to me :)
Patrick was awesome to deal with (just very busy with work at the time). I've done a few things to it but otherwise, just drive it. I think I've put almost 2,000 miles on it since I got it in February/March. Hope to do some bumpers at some point but not in a big hurry. Its not really for sale but PM me an offer, you never know...
