Man that sucks. Have you been sitting on the fluid for a bit, or did you just buy it? I hope you didn’t just buy it, there’s no way at this point Toyota hasn’t been notified to the issue at least 3-4 times.
I had just bought it and used it the same day. Here's a pic of what the fluid looks like straight from a bottle. Notice the gel clumps it leaves on the side of the cup.

Did Toyota do anything to remedy the fluid you already poured in? (Maybe you already posted this somewhere and I just don’t remember).

Unfortunately no. The dealership that sold it has been really rude about it. They refused to even look into it. I talked with the dealership that took care of @danny23 and they were helpful and shared as much info as they could. I've talked with people at corporate a few times, but that hasn't gone very far. They keep telling me someone from the dealership will call, but they don't. From their point of view, the dealership that sold the bad fluid is the one that needs to make things right. Dublin Toyota is the place that sold me the bad fluid and they have zero interest remedying the situation. It's still ongoing. I will share if I make any progress or learn something that can help others navigate things.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience with Dublin Toyota. My first experience with them was very poor, too.

Regarding the issue at hand, I had a similar situation with a random dealership in Indiana from which I bought a tube of 00295-01281 (1281 FIPG) that refused to set up and cure. It took a call or two to corporate Toyota and two calls with the manufacturer of the FIPG to get the dealer that sold me the bad tube to own the issue. They refunded me the purchase price but asked me to return the tube at my cost (and I did it, like a sucker). So long story short, keep pushing Toyota corporate/customer service and assume that the dealer will do nothing. From their perspective it's not their "fault".

In my case with the FIPG, there was a shelf life that the manufacturer recommended but the dealer parts department had no idea about such a thing "because we have several tubes around the service department, much older than the tube at issue, and they all work fine and we've never had an issue". I'd try and push down the path of who makes the fluid, when and where was your fluid made (I hope you have the bottle still), and then try and figure out if there are any age or storage issues that might have contributed to the congealing. If you can demonstrate that perhaps Toyota (the dealer in this case) sold expired or mishandled product, that could go a long way.

On a side note, if I hear that one more time from someone "reputable" in the industry (toyota, lexus, land cruiser vendors, etc.) without owning that something in their process got screwed up and left their customer out to dry, I might go crazy.

Seems to be everywhere now and I’ve no clue what it could be. My bottles had no lot identification or expiry dates or anything serialized. Just the part numbers and something stamped in the cap. When I did mine, I didn’t notice a different number on the bad bottle. If I recall half were the same code only one of 4 was bunk.

folks who figured out when the AHC fluid new batch arrived, please post here so I can start replacing my AHC.
my local dealers are all out of stock (for a good reason).

partsQ has it in metal gallon cans.

This seems like a basic class action against Toyota USA. 40ish plaintiffs are really needed and you would have to pin damages to something concrete. Given that the ach is integral to the function of the vehicle and a safety issue, that would basically looks like daily loss of use, and punitive.

No no no.

40 INDIVIDUAL lawsuits is the name of the game. I lead a class action once myself for other reasons but remember only the lawyers win.

I am using convenience mode where the truck drops to Low and lately I am hearing a slight squealing sound when the truck drops low after parked.
Is this normal?

Not at all. both inside and out the sound of lowering is faint and nearly non-existent.

I'm curious if this is a global problem, since AHC is available on the LC in other countries and they're on the road in much higher volumes other places?

my local toyota dealer confirmed they received new AHC fluid manufactured in december this year.
I will update once I buy and see how the fluid looks in a clear bottle and filter net.

I don’t know about y’all but I’m gonna do a **** it flush with the new stuff.

The new part number is 08886-01805 It is the 2.5 quart metal cans. It retails for $58.57.
