What @bloc said... To clarify for a more general understanding as I see it so far:
If your 200 Series came with the PA66-GF30 T's installed (pre-2013?), then I would go ahead and replace them with the PA6T-GF35 T's which superceded them and stop worrying about it (apparently no recorded incidents of these newer T's failing).
The only hitch is that if you order the T's alone from Toyota, you will receive the PA66-GF30 old style T's. Apparently, the only way to obtain the newer PA6T-GF35 T's is to order the two hose assemblies from Toyota which include the upgraded T's.
For others, if your 200 Series came with the PA6T-GF35 T's installed (2013 and later?), stop worrying - no action required.

This all seems accurate.
I will say that as I passed 200k the heater hoses themselves were showing very very light signs of degradation.. just a little bit of swelling around the clamps. In no way were they gonna fail soon, probably had another 75-100k, but it played into my decision to just order new assemblies on a sale and throw them in.

Yes. Those are OEM toyota parts. Partsouq often has the best prices around (or very competitive). Amayama or IMPEX may have even better prices on some parts. Always worth shopping around a bit.

Yep, if I ever list a part number you can assume it is from the official Toyota parts system.
I wasn't questioning your information, rather just making sure Pasrtsouq wasn't offering a compatible option since the price was so low.

Oh I know, just a statement for anyone that reads stuff I post about parts.
Did the heater hoses replacement on my 172k mile 2011 lx and the old ones doesn't show any sign of wear.
Bought the replacement OEMs from IMPEX japan for less than 60$ for both including shipping. Also, its a bit tricky to remove the ones which connect to the heater core, removing the windshield cowl may make it a bit more easy to remove the clamps. (you may get better angle.)

Ditto on what Bloc said. If you want just the tees, here is another option:
These have served me well. I replaced the hose assemblies (with the OEM plastic tees included) a few months ago. I carry the Dorman spares in the cargo area because I take several long road trips annually.
I have a 2008 LC with 178k miles. Planning on replacing the radiator soon as I have a minor leak. Should I replace the heater T at the same time? Should I stick to the part numbers above to make sure I get the updated heater T or do I have to move to a different part number for the outlet hose?
I am planning on ordering 87209-60C00, 87209-60C10. Should this get me the updated heater t or should I change C10 to C11/C12? Not sure if those will fit though. If ordering the whole subassembly with the hoses and everything doesn’t get me the updated part I might as well go and just buy two heater T’s that will buy me extra time. The hoses seem to be ok on mu car visually.

2008 lx570, heater tee broke, spring clamp broken also. I did just have starter replaced; so could be collateral damage. Ordered inlet and outlet assembly from Bell Lexus. $30 each with delivery, now I have to figure out the maze. 240,000 miles. Hoses look like new honestly
I just looked at the part numbers from above, I tried to cancel my order and am going to verify the proper assembly
I replaced my heater tees during the radiator job at ~180k and used the breeze metal clamps. Otherwise would have to buy the whole hose subassembly.
Definitely had ordered wrong parts, was able to cancel and reorder the proper parts, but more like$ 130 for both shipped. Didn't order the clamps though, $5 each for hose clamps? wth

Consider ordering from https://partsouq.com/ ? I got hoses and clamps for $134 shipped.
Put the metal tee on with worm clamps just to keep on the road for now. Don’t like how loose the tees fit. My old ones were completely disintegrated, like cardboard more than plastic. I will just replace both assemblies when they come in. Sounds like it shouldn’t be a concern in the future, I don’t think I will put another 240,000 miles on them
Got my new assemblies delivered today, one of them has the gf30 tee, the other is the gf35. I thought I read the entire thread and thought all the new assemblies had the updated tee? Realistically it shouldn’t matter, not likely that I will keep this rig for another 240,000 miles; just disappointed
