Headlight bucket bolts

Cant seem to find a part number or anyone selling headlight bucket bolts. The ones used to attach the headlights to the front bib.

The 1969 parts fiche indicates
Screw W Washer - Toyota (93319-15016) which is an M5 x 16mm with a captured lock washer.

$1.32 list price at your local Toyota dealer.
