Headers on 1FZ-FE engine 1997 Landcruiser

Go to cxracing.com and they only have one set of headers for the 80 series land cruiser $500. Thee header combo eliminates the catalytic.

For the CEL delete (check engine light/code) go to 2KRacing.com and ask for the CEL ELIMINATOR , Universal Fit Connects to the 02 Sensors(Weapon R: 963-111-101) $54.34

It is not loud. Sounds ok. It is not deep either. My 80 breathes better and notice better acceleration.

Regards
Is this CEL ELIMINATOR for the Upper O2 Sensor or the lower one?

The upper O2 is for engine fuel management. The lower O2 is for a "FYI, your cats are f'ed" so it's the lower one you're fooling. The lower O2 is for emissions only.

Any updates on how these are holding up?
Looking for more options on this as well.
Had an order in for cx but a 6-8 week back order and reading other threads here are leading me to cancel.
I reached out to the genie with no response.

Still going strong. No cracking or ridiculous rust. And 1/2 of the pipes are wrapped and the other 1/2 unwrapped (partially an experiment to see how they held up and partially me being lazy). There was a modest gain in feel and that got a little better as well once i swapped in one of the Landtank MAFs.

I will say that once i tossed on my 37's my wheel clearance on right hand turns suffered a little bit due to where the header pipe crosses to the outside of the frame. Keep in mind i am running stock rims and no spacers at the moment so that might actually be less of an issue with even some modest spacing. But worth considering nonetheless.

They aren’t 500 anymore and after looking into them more I couldn’t put china s*** on.

No response back from genie and acc. I went with pacemaker and if that doesn’t work out I’ll go American racing. They were just a bit spendy.

Glad to see those are holding up for ya though. They look nice.

how the no/wrap experiment turn out? Do you have 1 or 2 O2's?

did you go with PaceMaker? Trying to get a quote from them and do don't seem to want to do dual O2's & muffler (mines a 97)

I did and went with the 105 down pipe putting the exhaust inside the frame running both o2’s muffler and resonator. Happy with my purchase.
Had a exhaust shop help with the rest of the system. Originally I wanted stainless but decided against it after talking with my shop and planning things out. Some routing will change with my build as the iterations I go through in the future so once final maybe I’ll do it but idk.

What "bits" did you get from Pacemaker (do you have the part numbers?) and what were the other bits (Borla, other brand ..) for muffler, piping, resonator? thanks

Trying to find the part numbers. I have found contact info for the pacemaker stuff if ya need it.

I'll give them a call once you get the part numbers. Thanks

I’m running the ph12650 and the phb100p.
I chose to run with inside the frame so sliders were easier and the exhaust is less exposed to damage offroad.

great. Thanks

Just so I'm clear, and maybe help others, PH12650 is the actual header and PHB100P is the straight pipe where the cats (in the USA) would live normally. So, if you need cats, can you just run your own straight pipe with cats and O2 sensors built in and not purchase a perfectly good PHB100P and modify it?

No the phb 100 is the down pipe from the header. It routes the exhaust inside the frame instead of over the frame in the wheel well to where the cats would be. After the cats the exhaust goes back inside the frame and gets smashed off road a lot.
