H55F + Split Case Length

Looking into a 5spd swap and want to compare my current setup with the dimensions of a H55f / Split Case. Does anyone know:

H55f Case Length?

H55F + Split case overall length?

I went through the FAQ and quite a few build threads, but haven't seen these dimensions shared.

I just searched and got tired of looking, I may suck at search. Georg's explanation of the different h55 details & which split cases work was great tho.

I went through all the threads in the 40 FAQ section and a few in the 60faq. All Ive seen so far is shipping dimensions

There was a late H42 and transfer for free in the classified section. That has the dummy spacer on the back of the transmission. The length with the transfer case is the same as the H55F. If the member still has he might be able to measure it for you. my 40 series H55F and transfer is 150 miles away otherwise I would measure it for you.

I'll check out the classified section...google didn't turn anything up. I reached out to cruiser outfitters as well but haven't heard back

I found the H42 in the classifieds and messaged the poster. Once I finally get these dimensions I'll share here

24 inches from rear drive shaft flange (side that drive shaft bolts too) to front surface of transmission ( that mates to bell housing.

Tranmission 14.25 inches (this is from a FJ60 4 speed with spacer that makes it length of 5 speed )

Split TC to rear face of rear output flange ~10"

Combo's:
H41/H42S w/SC ~ 21"
H42L/H55F w/SC ~ 24.25"

Those are rough tape measure eyeball numbers from a few setups I have here at home but should get you close enough for planning. I've got better measuring means at the shop I
