They shipped parts from UAE that got to my door faster than most distributors here in the US. You can pay in USD and they have unique Prado parts available.

I need to replace the chrome trim as well. It sticks out like a sore thumb. Even the wife said it needs to go.

All I had to do for her to notice the chrome trim was to get black wheels, black roof rack, black sliders and black front bumper. Easy enough...

I ordered one of those ebay "Toyota" trim kits that was around $40 just to have as a spare. I already have the Prado 6 piece belt molding and when comparing the two, It definitely isn't an OEM Toyota part and the quality is not as good as OEM parts. I would run them instead of chrome though.

Yeah, for $33 shipped, it's impulseable (until one saves up for the Prado trim)....

Good to know. Made an offer for $30 on a different set. Has to be at least better than my failing chrome ones.

Hopefully going to be removing the sunroof parts today and just mounting the glass panel and siliconing it. Got my inspiration from a 4runner owner.

If your chrome is failing, I'd take a gamble for that price. The ones I got were good enough to use, they just lacked some of the refinement of OE parts.

While you're in there, have a look at the rattly bits. I've read a few different "fixes" but still curiois if there are things that could be "tightened" easily.
