OK, no free shipping.

I am not familar with what a set of headers weighs, can anyone estimate what it might cost to ship these to cleveland?

Why, do you want RED to match your freakin wheels? Who cares what color it is, you cant see it. They should be black if anything.
They will likely be silver like most other manufacturers but I also believe black is best... usually has the highest temp rating/resistance.

So...how much is shipping?? and what is the time table for R&D, proto and mfg once the ball is rolling? Any chance of getting my set in teal green?

This is just my assumption, I don't see why they wouldn't continue manufacturing them for future sales?
Just like Christo says, you need to manufacture in batches, OK once the R&D is done, it's easier, but they may still need to run a certain sized batch, and may not want to carry inventory. They could of course make 25 in the first batch and hang on to 5 in stock and see how they go, but if I were out there thinking about this I would jump on the list now because they may not be available later. This project has been tried before and hasn't succeeded, it is getting close to happening now, everybody who is contemplating it needs to get in on it now and make it happen, because if you don't, you may just miss the boat altogether.

I emailed Jonathon. Thanks for the great idea Shane.

So I went to the website and tried to put a set of the $742 tundra 4.7 headers in my cart so I could get a shipping quote. This seeme dlike an easy way to get a relatively accurate estimate. Of course, it did not work, I can't put anything in my cart for some unknown reason. If anyone else can would you please try it for shipping to 44141 commercial location delivery and let me know what the shipping quote is.

I went to do it for ya and I can't seem to add anything either

What browser are you using?

shipping wont be much guys...its not like they're huge.

They'll probably fit in a box exactly this size, since this is how the JBAs came
attachment.php

They are silver with a clear ceramic coating....

guess I'm going to have to get the PURPLE ceramic coating done aftermarket

OMG almost there. I talked to Pace Setter in AZ and they are interested and are going to get back to me on a build cost for 15-20 orders. They told me they would get back to me after I told them their 4.7L tundra/ sequias would not fit.

I was not sure if all header on 100's are identical fits? SOOOOO, I told him 100 series from (98-06).... I assumed but let me know

He said they could make long tubes but would make shorties if that's what's needed. (Long tubes = more HP) They'll be able to tell me after they get in there and check it out trying to make the slimmest fitting. They too need a loaner for a week or so to get superior fitting.

* I already gave them their competition pricing which Thorley supplied. :)

I think SLEE wants to be 20... of course!! Icing on the cake

IS that a vote for the "Dougs" or the other ones?

FYI, I went to Dougthorley.com (as opposed to DougThorleyheaders.com) and all of the headers ship free. I don't know if anyone asked the Co. about the shipping or it is just assumed, I'm just saying. . .

Cost of shipping isn't really something that should make or break this deal and is likely that last thing to be worried about at this point. It won't be outrageous like a bumper, probably under $50.

Bull Cruiser, I don't really understand what you're trying to do. Please stay out if it and lets continue with Dougs. Thank you for your understanding. Perhaps we'll meet someday and shake hands. I'd really like to see this project come together. Please wait to see how it goes with Dougs. If they can't or won't do it then lets explore other vendors.
