When you turn the dishwasher on, it doesn't pump any water in. The thing in the bottom barely spins as the water bubbles out of the holes in it. Any ideas?

It sounds like your saying no water is going into the dishwasher. There is a screen on the inlet valve at the bottom left side of the D/W, If your getting a low flow it could be clogged.
Take the bottom covers off the Dishwasher.
Kill the water and power and disconnect the inlet line and unscrew the fitting that goes into the D/W valve. You can scrape out any junk stuck in the valve with a small screw driver.

Flush the line before you reconnect it.

Last night I pulled the dishwasher out and replaced the supply line because it wasn't long enough for me to pull the unit out. I must of freed up something because after I replaced the line the dishwasher worked fine. Once I slid it back in it quit pulling water. Is there a valve that could be hung?

No didn't pinch the line. Doesn't matter the owner is replacing it .
