That looks like it's for older car transmissions, like M22, Muncie, etc. And doesn't solve the flywheel issue. My friend Calvin's adapters have been plate adapters that go on the block to accept the 90 degree V8 pattern bellhousings. It's not a product he's selling that I know off, just one-offs for his builds, but the point is that it's been functional
That would only be needed if one wanted a heavier duty transmission like TH400, 4l80, NV4500 etc. I don't see why the AA 4l60/splitcase adapter wouldn't work on the Trailblazer version 4l60e. Then one could just buy the whole powertrain from the Trailblazer/Envoy donor
yeah 4l60's aren't the greatest, but there's something to be said for the ease of conversion
