so i am about to rip my hair out beacause o the bolts constantly breaking.
i run 35 inch tires and knkow people who have run 40 inch tires with no problems.
i am wondering if som kind smart person have modifications to make it last

Dry paper gasket , No lock washers (flat washers instead) Loctite blue and 35ft lbs . Otherwise ARP studs or I have a friend who runs a toyota rear steer axle and he upsized to 7/16 bolts instead and extra dowel pins.

Sounds strange. I've been beating on my 80 series full floater for 3 years now with a V8, locker & 36" Simexs & never a problem. Are the dowels in place & tight? The cone washer pockets aren't getting worn somehow?

Cheers
Clint

thx for all the replies i am currently looking for a new hub and i read som threads about putting the 9 mm dowles from the 100 series and
using 12.9 grade M8 bolts. also thinking about putting the bigger dowles and drilling and tapping the holes in the hub to m10 and 12.9 grade
and skipping the conewashers and putting a little tack weld on each bolt to keep them fromm loosening. sry if my english is bad
