i know rear lockers are common but a front locker?!?!

Have been reading that advertisement.
I lived near (3 kms) the Dutch-German border for about 20 years and I think I understand and speak German fairly well but some things are stated in a strange way.
I don't quite understand it, but the way I read it, they are charging 2999 Euro's for an additional (original) front and rear locker. Don't think the price of 2999 Euro's is for the rig in total.

And about the cooling system: they state the rig is prepared for tropical conditions and the engine-cooling system is a high capacity system.

All our new 79series cruisers at the mine I work at have front and rear diff locks, just an option when you order them new. No longer use the 6cylinder motors now though, all V8s

I've always thought that the 100 series was the only full size cruiser that had the rear locker only option.

Whereas the 60, 70, 80 and 105 had either front AND rear lockers, or nothing.

Are you saying Canada had a rear locker only option on your 70 series?

Rear locker was never an option in the bj70s
And we currently do not have new 70s in our market other than mine trucks
And they dont come with lockers
