Front end rebuild

As the title states, I’m on the downhill side of front end work. I have replaced all bearings and seals, did some surface rust cleanup and new axels, oh, shocks also. Anyway, left Hand side pinion seal came out fine, passenger side however is an issue, seal seems glued in by rust, anyone have a heads up on stuck seal. Did the search but haven’t found anything specifically related to one being stuck.

And a big shout out to 2001LC for his write ups on all the maintenance and cleaning, has been a lifesaver for me, even took the time for a message question.

You guys are great, and this site is truly a great resource.

left hand pinion seal? You mean axle shaft seal? Theoretically you can heat 'n' beat them a bit, but the best is a seal puller if you don't already have one

Nukegoat, yes sorry, axel seal at the differential, right side is the one that is stuck, left side came out fine. I hue the seal puller that looks kinda like a ice axe.
